How does Assisted Move work?
The Assisted Move scheme follows a straightforward process:
- Explore our new build developments and check which plots are eligible for Assisted Move.
- Our team will guide you through the application process and connect you with two independent local estate agents.
- Each estate agent will visit your current property and provide a detailed report and market value recommendation.
- Once you agree on a selling price, we’ll manage the marketing process. We’ll also reserve your chosen plot for a designated timeframe (typically 8 weeks).
- After your current home sells, you can focus on moving into your new Lancet home.
