Our Assisted Move Scheme takes the hassle out of selling your current property, allowing you to focus on the excitement of moving in to your new Lancet Home. We provide expert support throughout the process, making your move as smooth and stress free as possible.

There are many benefits to choosing Assisted Move, including:
- Reduced costs: We’ll cover the estate agent fees*, saving you money!
- Reduced stress: Our dedicated team will handle the marketing and sale of your property, keeping you informed every step of the way.
- Expert Guidance: Benefit from the expertise of our team to ensure a smooth and successful sale.
How does Assisted Move work?
The Assisted Move scheme follows a straightforward process:
- Explore our new build developments and check which plots are eligible for Assisted Move.
- Our team will guide you through the application process and connect you with two independent local estate agents.
- Each estate agent will visit your current property and provide a detailed report and market value recommendation.
- Once a selling price is agreed, we instruct one agent who will commence the marketing of your current property.
- We will then add the reservation to your chosen plot and will honour this for an agreed time frame (usually 8 weeks) while your property sells.
- We will stay in touch with your appointed estate agent on a regular basis to get updates and feedback from any viewings.
- Once a buyer has been found, the conveyancing process will start and upon legal completion, we will pay the Estate Agents fees on your behalf.
- You can begin to focus on moving in to your new Lancet Home.
