Lancet Homes offers a convenient Part Exchange scheme, where we act as your cash buyer for a smooth and stress-free transition into your new home. This buying support scheme allows you to reserve your new Lancet home while we begin the purchase of your current property, saving you time and money on estate agent fees.

How does Part Exchange work?

1. Browse our new build developments to find your perfect Lancet home. Speak to our dedicated team about the Part Exchange scheme, and they will guide you through the application process.
2. One or two local estate agents will visit your existing property and compile a detailed independent report. This will include price recommendations, details of similar comparable properties on the market in your area and recently sold properties.
3. Once acceptable figures have been established with an agent, the reservation form will be completed for your new Lancet home. At this stage, your new home will be taken off the market.
4. Stay in your existing home until legal completion, then move into and enjoy your brand-new Lancet home.
